Feel for the ball

Developing ability of turning on and manipulation the ball using different foot surfaces.

WEEK 2
Turning with ball

Developing the capability of protecting the ball.

WEEK 3
Shielding

Developing the skills to eliminate defenders. 

WEEK 4
Attacking 1 vs 1

Developing the ability to defend and evolving body shape and timing while defending.

WEEK 5
Defending 1 vs 1

Develop in the players ability to pass and receive the ball with both feet.

WEEK 6
Passing/Receiving

Developing the technique and timing of shooting and working on various finishing in front of the goal.

WEEK 7
Shooting/Finishing

Recap of the most significant topics of the previous weeks. 

WEEK 8
Recap week

3-5 min; Developing flexibility and coordination for injury prevention.

MOBILITY/COORDINATION

5 min; Get the body and mind ready for the training session. 

WARM UP

10 min; Developing the relationship with the ball.

TECHNICAL DRILLS

20 min; Working on the topic of the week. 

GOAL OF THE WEEK
