Developing the ability to defend and evolving body shape and timing while defending.

Develop in the players ability to pass and receive the ball with both feet.

Passing/Receiving
Developing the technique and timing of shooting and working on various finishing in front of the goal.

Recap of the most significant topics of the previous weeks.

3-5 min; Developing flexibility and coordination for injury prevention.
